How can I pay for PT visits?

We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, cash, as well as HSA/ FSA cards.

Can I file a visit under an out of network claim for my insurance?

Patetta Performance does not directly bill insurance, but can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursements. Check with your insurance provider for coverage. Medicare does not accept/reimburse superbills.

Do you offer packages?

Yes! If you are either looking for several visits within the month, or a routine visit monthly, packages are available and include discounted prices for each visit!

How often should I come back to PT?

We can discuss frequency at your initial visit. Depending on the acuteness or chronicity of what you would like to address, different frequencies may be more beneficial

Do you charge for different services?

No, everything is included under your one flat fee for your session! If you're looking for dry needling only, you can purchase dry needling specific visits!
