  • Do you take insurance? 

    • We believe that better treatments can be provided without the limitations of insurance.  ​

  • How can I pay for PT visits? 

    • We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, cash, as well as HSA/ FSA cards. 

  • Can I file a visit under an out of network claim for my insurance? 

    • Patetta Performance does not directly bill insurance, but can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursements. Check with your insurance provider for coverage. Medicare does not accept/reimburse superbills. 

  • Do you offer packages? 

    • Yes! If you are either looking for several visits within the month, or a routine visit monthly, packages are available and include discounted prices for each visit! ​

  • How often should I come back to PT?

    •  We can discuss frequency at your initial visit. Depending on the acuteness or chronicity of what you would like to address, different frequencies may be more beneficial 

  • Do you charge for different services? 

    • No, everything is included under your one flat fee for your session! ​If you're looking for dry needling only, you can purchase dry needling specific visits! 

  • Can I book online? 

    • Yes! Just make sure you make a profile through Jane, our scheduling software​
