Starter Package

4 Visits / $380
Best for new or acute issues

Includes your initial evaluation plus three follow-up sessions.
Ideal if you’re dealing with a recent injury, flare-up, or want to experience cash-based physical therapy with a shorter commitment.

Progress Package (Most Popular)

6 Visits / $540

Designed for clients who want meaningful progress and lasting results.
Perfect for resolving pain, improving movement, and building strength with a structured plan.

Performance Package

8 Visits / $680

Best for athletes, active adults, or chronic issues that require consistency.
Allows time to rebuild strength, improve performance, and reduce future injury risk.

Maintenance & Wellness Package

10 Visits / $800
Follow-up visits only

Ideal for ongoing care, monthly tune-ups, injury prevention, or performance maintenance once initial goals are met.

Additional Information

  • All sessions are 60 minutes, 1-on-1 with a licensed physical therapist
